How to become president
Politics rewards a clean life and a long climb. To reach head of state you need citizenship, an education, money for campaigns, and a spotless record.
Requirements
- Be a citizen of the country and old enough (35 for a US president, mirroring real life). Emigrate first if you were born elsewhere; a Golden Passport guarantees the destination.
- Keep a clean record. Crime and drug history sink a campaign, so avoid arrests and stay off hard drugs. See Crime.

The climb
- Major in Political Science, English, or Philosophy, and consider law school. Keep Smarts and Looks high.
- Take every political job early: school board, then city council or mayor, then governor or senator.
- Save money. Campaigns are expensive, and you fund them yourself, so bank a large war chest before running for the top office.
- Win elections by keeping your approval high and your history clean.
