Climbing the arenas

Climbing the arenas

Trophies are the spine of the game. They unlock every ladder unit and they set who you face. There are 26 arenas, from 0 trophies up to 8,000.

Every arena is a new unit

Climbing is not just a number going up; each arena hands you a new unit to fold into your roster. That is why pushing matters even when you are comfortable: the next arena is the next tool.

The early ladder is dense with Commons, Uncommons and Rares, so your first real deck comes together fast. Epics do not start until Arena 13, so early on you are building around lower rarities. That is fine, a leveled Rare is strong.

Keep the trophies moving

  • Losing drops trophies, but never unlocks. A bad run costs you ladder position, not your roster. Units you have unlocked stay unlocked.
  • The gaps widen as you climb. Early arenas are 100 to 300 trophies apart; the top ones stretch to 400. Progress feels slower up high because it is, so lean on a leveled core rather than expecting new unlocks to carry you.
  • Match your deck to the arena. New arenas mean new opponents. If you stall, it is usually a deck problem, not a trophy problem.
