Offboarding

If you decide to stop, offboarding is clean and quick. You remove the agent, and we close out your data. Nothing lingers.

Removing the agent

You can remove the agent from your server the same way you’d remove any bot: open the server’s member list or settings, find the agent, and kick it. This needs the Kick Members permission, and an Administrator can always do it. Once it’s removed, it stops reading and posting within moments.

Removing the agent from Discord stops it instantly, but it doesn’t close your account or delete your stored data on its own. For that, tell us.

Closing your data

When you’re done for good, email support@atcampfire.xyz or tell us on Slack that you want to offboard. We’ll:

• Stop any scheduled data refreshes for your game.
• Delete your community’s stored questions and analytics, typically within 30 days. See processing and retention for the mechanics.
• Close out billing per your agreement.

If you only want to clear stored data but keep the agent running, that’s a player-data and retention matter, and you don’t need to offboard to do it.

Taking your data with you

Before you go, you can export everything the dashboard holds: your analytics and question logs as CSV. If you want a full export handed over rather than pulled yourself, ask and we’ll prepare one.

Pausing instead

If you’re stepping back rather than leaving, you don’t have to offboard. Pause the agent across the server and it goes quiet while keeping your setup and data intact, ready to resume. Offboard only when you’re sure you’re done.
