Adding a server

You can run the agent in more than one Discord server. Studios do this to cover a regional community, a separate creator or beta server, or a second game.

Another server, same game

If you want the agent in a second server for the same game, the data is already ingested, so setup is quick. Tell us which server on Slack or at support@atcampfire.xyz, and we’ll send an invite link, usually within one business day. Each server has its own configuration: its own persona, channels, spoiler line, and escalation. That means your public community and your beta server can behave completely differently while drawing on the same game data.

Analytics stay separate per server, so you can compare them or read each on its own in the dashboard.

A second game

Adding the agent for a different game is a new onboarding: we ingest that game, and it gets its own agent with its own persona and its own data. Reach out and we’ll start the kickoff for the new title.

Managing multiple servers

When you run more than one server, the dashboard shows a picker at sign-in and a switcher at the top. Your roles are set per server, so someone can be an admin on one and read-only on another.
