Exports & sharing

The insight in the dashboard is most useful when it’s in front of the right people. There are three ways to get it there.

Export a CSV

Any view, top questions, unmet questions, or the raw question log, exports to CSV. Set your date range and filters first, then use Export in the top right. The file has one row per question group, with the question, its frequency, the topic, and the confidence.

Use a CSV when you want to slice the data yourself, drop it into a spreadsheet, or bring it into your own analytics.

Share a read-only view

You can give a teammate a read-only link to a dashboard view without granting them a full seat. This is useful for a designer or PM who wants to watch the top questions but won’t be changing settings. Read-only viewers can watch the analytics but can’t change anything. No dashboard view, read-only or not, shows an individual player’s identity.

Set who counts as an admin, moderator, or analyst on the roles and access page.

Weekly digest

Turn on the weekly digest and the dashboard emails a short summary to the addresses you choose: the week’s question volume, the movers in your top questions, and the new unmet questions. It’s a low-effort way to keep your team looking at what players are asking without anyone opening the dashboard.

Pick the day and the recipients in the dashboard settings. The digest never includes player identities, only the questions and the numbers.

What exports never include

Whether you pull a CSV, share a link, or send a digest, none of them carry a player’s Discord identity. Exports are about questions and topics, not about who asked. For how player identity is handled, see what we collect.
