Signing in
The dashboard lives at dashboard.atcampfire.xyz. You sign in with Discord, so there’s no separate password to manage.
Signing in with Discord
Click Sign in with Discord and approve access to your servers and roles. The dashboard then shows the servers where Campfire is set up and what you can do in each. It doesn’t get access to your messages or your account beyond that.
If you belong to more than one server running Campfire, you’ll land on a picker. Choose the server you want to work on. You can switch servers any time from the menu at the top.
Who can sign in
Access follows the roles you set in Discord. The people you named as owners at onboarding start with full access. From there you manage who can do what on the roles and access page.

Roles map to Discord roles you choose, so adding a new moderator in Discord can grant dashboard access automatically once you’ve linked the role.
If you can’t see your server
Three things to check.
- You’re signed in as the right account. The dashboard shows servers for the Discord account you logged in with.
- You have a linked role. If your role hasn’t been granted access yet, an admin can add it on the roles page.
- The agent is actually installed. A server only appears once the agent has joined it. If onboarding isn’t finished, it won’t be there yet.
