Changelog
What’s new in Campfire, newest first. Product updates apply to every studio automatically; there’s nothing to update on your end.
September 2026
- Per-channel spoiler overrides. A single channel can now turn spoiler gating off while the rest of the server keeps it on. See spoiler rules.
- Weekly digest. The dashboard can email your team a short weekly summary of top and unmet questions. See exports and sharing.
- Faster refreshes. Post-patch data refreshes now land sooner for most games.
August 2026
- Report to Campfire message action. Flag a bad answer with a reason straight from the message menu, alongside the reaction flag. See flagging a wrong answer.
- Analyst role. A read-only dashboard role for designers and PMs who want the insight without the controls. See roles and access.
- Topic breakdown. Analytics now groups questions into game-specific topics so you can see where confusion clusters.
July 2026
- Auto mode. The agent can now answer game questions unprompted in the channels you choose, not only on mention or
/ask. See how players ask. - Unmet questions view. A dedicated feed of the questions the agent couldn’t answer with confidence. See unmet questions.
June 2026
- Self-serve dashboard. Persona, channels, spoiler rules, and escalation moved into the dashboard, so studios change them without waiting on us.
- Shared Slack channels. Every studio now gets a shared channel with our team for day-to-day questions.
