Status & incidents
Before you spend long debugging, it’s worth ruling out a problem on our side. That’s what the status page is for.
The status page
Live status is at status.atcampfire.xyz. It shows whether the agent and the dashboard are operating normally, and lists any open or recent incidents.
If the agent is offline everywhere at once, or the dashboard won’t load, check here first. An open incident means it’s ours, and you don’t need to do anything except wait for the update.
What an incident looks like
During an incident we post what’s affected, what we know, and when we’ll next update, and we keep updating until it’s resolved. Afterward the incident stays on the page so you have a record.
The kinds of things that show up:
- The agent not responding across all servers.
- The dashboard being unreachable or slow.
- A delay in data refreshes after patches.
Server-specific vs. our side
The status page covers our whole service. If it’s green but the agent is quiet in your server only, the cause is local, a pause, a channel setting, or a permission. Work through the agent isn’t responding for that.
Staying informed
You can subscribe on the status page to get incident notifications by email, so you hear about a problem before your players tell you. For a live incident that’s affecting you and isn’t yet posted, ping us on your shared Slack channel.
